- $72-81k per annum (pro rata) depending on experience, plus 13.5% superannuation
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is Australia's largest professional general practice organisation and represents more than 39,000 members working in general practice. The position
Australia enjoys some of the best health outcomes in the world and general practice is a key component in the Australian health system. This role offers the opportunity to work with our Evaluation Coordinator to deliver an evaluation function in support of excellence in the education, training and assessment of GPs. The evaluation outcomes and findings provide data to support evidence-based decision-making, to identify future trends and to engender a culture of continuing improvement. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Offering assistance in undertaking literature reviews by sourcing relevant and current evidence-based, peer-reviewed information
- Supporting the development of an Education Services evaluation framework to review all aspects of education, training and assessment delivery across the lifelong education journey of a GP
- Assisting with the implementation and refinement of processes and technology to support the evaluation framework
- Creating evaluation instruments and metrics (e.g. Qualtrics expertise)
- Undertaking analysis and compiling reports and information related to compliance data, evaluations and survey responses
