The Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine (ASHM) is a professional, not-for-profit, member-based organisation. It supports its members, sector partners and collaborators to generate knowledge and action in clinical management and research, education, policy and advocacy in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
About you
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager plays a key role in overseeing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in the National Policy and Education Division (NPED) with a particular focus on M&E systems and capacity building.
Candidates must have had at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in M&E, preferably in an organisational M&E context, with demonstrated application of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies. You will bring experience building effective and sustainable M&E systems and processes, and experience in M&E training and capacity building. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships at an operational and strategic level.
