About the role:
The Design and Evaluation Learning Lead works as part of the Impact, Design and Evidence team and is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation’s approach to organisational capacity building around program management. The role will demonstrate expertise in translating learnings from evaluations and reviews to provide a stronger evidence base for design, and ensure that capacity building and learning approaches are developed in a way that is impactful for participants, easy to access and use for Australian Red Cross staff, uses online technology and tools, and is flexible in its approach.
