Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Asylum Seeker Resource Centre
Deadline: Tuesday 28th May 2019

The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is the largest aid, employment, health and advocacy organisation for people seeking asylum in Australia. The ASRC provides a range of direct services as well as participating in law reform, campaigning and lobbying.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager leads a small team of staff to build capacity and embed M&E systems across the ASRC. In this challenging and rewarding role you will support the ASRC’s important work with people seeking asylum while making full use of your skills and knowledge as an M&E specialist.

By supporting program staff to conduct monitoring, evaluation and regular review and reflection, the ASRC’s Monitoring and Evaluation Team aims to:

  • Facilitate continuous improvement of our programs and services
  • Measure and assess our impact
  • Increase accountability to our stakeholders (donors, supporters, members and partners)

The M&E team also delivers the innovative LEEP pilot, which provides paid evaluation internships for people seeking asylum. The pilot will finish at the end of August 2019, after which the M&E Manager will work with key stakeholders to explore opportunities for scaling.
