The Neighbourhood Justice Centre in Collingwood is seeking a dynamic professional to lead our evidence and impact work. Note: This is a flexible role with a minimum of 0.8FTE required.

The Neighbourhood Justice Centre (NJC) is Australia’s first community justice centre and an International Community Mentor Court. Key aspects of the NJC include early intervention; appropriate dispute resolution; local problem solving; and one stop integrated service delivery with a focus on addressing the underlying causes of offending. Strong community involvement, engagement and partnerships, which deliver real and practical benefits for the community, are fundamental to the NJC approach.

The aim of this role is to equip the NJC to make evidence-led decisions about the value of what we do and be more strategic about what we design and implement in the future. The role will lead and strengthen our research and monitoring, evaluation and learning approach with a view to capturing more comprehensive and sophisticated evidence of the impact of our work.
