Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) is a dynamic community services organisation that delivers a broad range of programs and services. RASA has a fantastic opportunity for an Organisational Outcomes and Evaluations Lead to to take on a wide, interesting and rewarding role. This role is part of a Research and Evaluation team which perform research that looks at the effectiveness of RASA’s service delivery, screening and evaluation tools and RASA training programs.
The Organisational Outcomes and Evaluation Lead will help answer these three crucial questions: ‘How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off?’ To do that, you will contribute to the full range of the team’s qualitative and quantitative research activities, including the design, collection, interpreting and presenting of findings.
You are “data positive”, always curious and able to think through problems logically. You’ve got great communication skills and the ability to pitch messages to different audiences.
