Job overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Knowledge and Evaluation Specialist who will support the Head of Data and Insights to develop and maintain an industry data & knowledge management system aimed at supporting decision making and insight across the business and for external stakeholders. Industry data and knowledge management will support activities across all business units, particularly the Communications, and Extension & Adoption functions.
The Knowledge and Evaluation Specialist will also support the implementation of evaluation requirements against the company Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, relating specifically to R&D, Marketing and Frontiers Fund investments. The role will be crucial for understanding and consolidating the outputs and outcomes of investments to enable clear demonstration of how Hort Innovation delivers value for our growers.
