The UTS Institute for Public Policy and Governance (IPPG), DVC Research is recruiting for an Associate Director, Advisory Services who will be accountable for the leadership of IPPG's Advisory Services. These comprise self-generated and funded applied research activities, and consultancy services.
The IPPG is an independent entity within UTS whose purpose is to shape policy, governance and decision-making for the public good. The IPPG conducts policy and program-oriented applied research, teaching, evaluation and advisory services. It works across the University and with external partners to deliver solutions that create practical, sustainable organisational and community benefits. It contributes actively to the UTS 2027 Vision, through its connected research, partnerships, commitment to social change and lifetime learning.
As the Associate Director, Advisory Services, you will have a responsibility to take a leadership role in business development, including engaging with industry stakeholders, to attract research and consultancy projects to the Institute. You will secure and direct projects and provide leadership and guidance to research staff, a range of associates and partners.
