About you
This role is suitable for you if you want to contribute to a just and sustainable Aotearoa through quality research, design and evaluation projects. You will be a Wellington-based, mid-level or senior researcher with:
- knowledge of te ao Māori, te reo Māori me ōnā tikanga, or knowledge and understanding of Pasifika concepts, values or belief systems.
- at least 2 years' experience in a busy workplace
- demonstrated experience in applied social research
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- a high degree of empathy
- an understanding of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- You are a committed team-player, resilient and hardworking. You are an innovator with a passion for excellence and a sense of humour.
About the role
The responsibilities of this role include:
- designing and implementing research and evaluation projects
- conducting qualitative research (interviews and focus groups)
- writing project proposals and reports
- collaborating with other Litmus staff and clients
- managing client relationships
- working across multiple projects at once.
