Exciting project working with Indigenous Australia in the heart of Sydney, small team with a big job seeks open minded, creative individual.
A major element of the Empowered Communities model is establishing a measurement and evaluation framework. Because you have experience of working in complex and changing environments you will enhance this team with your developmental evaluation skills and experience. You will be working with the Collaboration for Impact team to establish what the regions data needs are and how we can best measure the model.
This is a small team with a big project. We are looking for a dynamic multi-tasker who is an excellent communicator and can work autonomously and where needed works collaboratively with other team members on overlapping project areas. You will need to have great relationship building skills as you will be working with a broad range of stakeholders to build our data capacity. You must be capable of leading ideas and innovating through ambiguity.
