Connecting Community for Kids, Child Australia

In partnership with Child Australia, the Connecting Community for Kids initiative has been developed to empower parents, children and professionals in the communities of Cockburn and Kwinana, to work together and make a lasting difference in the lives of children pre-¬‐birth to eight years, and their families.
The ultimate goal of the initiative is for children in their early years in Kwinana and Cockburn to have improved levels of physical, social, emotional, communication and language development as measured by the Australian Early Development Census by 2022.
