Due to continued business growth, HealthConsult offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated professional with experience in program review and/or evaluation to join our team as a Senior Consultant.
The role involves working on projects for a wide range of health, aged care or disability services sector clients to search and synthesise literature and documentation; develop program logic models and evaluation frameworks; design, establish and monitor mixed method data collections; and prepare formative and summative evaluation reports. The role also involves direct client contact and providing input into the development of proposals for existing and prospective clients.
We invite applications from ambitious professionals who wish to progress their career in the health, aged care or disability services sectors. With three or more years work experience in at least one of these sectors, you will be tertiary qualified (preferably at post graduate level), have well developed research, investigative, data analysis and report writing skills, and experience in program review and/or evaluation. You will also be creative; solution oriented; focused on producing high quality work; a team player; and committed to personal and professional development and continuous improvement.
