The Opportunity
We are undergoing strong growth and have opportunities for a Senior Consultant and Associate Director in our Economic and Social Advisory (ESA) team in Sydney, with opportunities to travel nationally. We are looking for people with 5-10 years research or evaluation experience in public policy or management consulting.
In ESA, we work for Federal and State governments as well as not-for-profit agencies. Based in the Sydney CBD, we assist our clients to make good policy and funding decisions based on the best available evidence about what works. We conduct stakeholder consultations, knowledge reviews, data analysis, primary and secondary research, strategy reviews and evaluations.
Our multidisciplinary team is qualified in social science/social research, social work, psychology, economics, law, marketing and urban planning. We value people who have experience working in different sectors and contexts. We will look very favorably on applicants with strong quantitative research and analytical skills.
As a Senior Consultant / Associate Director you will contribute your skills to produce evidence, learnings and insights to advise our clients. You will be engaged in multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of sectors, including Indigenous affairs, health, housing, disability and inclusion, education, employment, community safety, family and community services, and urban/community development.
