The role
This is an exciting role to build leading-edge monitoring and evaluation practice into a large and innovative facility. The International Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) will:
- Lead the execution of Prospera’s Knowledge, Performance and Learning Framework, a new framework for Prospera advisers and Australian government agencies to help transform Prospera into a learning organisation.
- Embed an Activity Programming Guide that describes the process for making strategic decisions about designing and selecting activities.
- Oversee the design and delivery of Prospera’s knowledge platform, an online system to manage activity workflow, M&E and knowledge products
- Support Australian agencies and advisory teams with specialist advice on how to align with Prospera’s outcomes, and to monitor and evaluate results.
- Contribute to Prospera’s activity planning advising on progress towards facility outcomes, efficiency, effectiveness and other quality of implementation issues.
- Produce an Annual Evaluation Plan and oversight evaluation activities.
- Lead Performance Assessment Framework reporting to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT), and other reporting as required for Australian and Indonesian governments to track progress.
- Initiate learning events and other measures to promote a culture of continuous improvement, including a Community of Practice with Australian agencies.
- Oversee other deliverables produced by the Knowledge and Performance unit, including communications and knowledge sharing initiatives.
