About Us
Women's Legal Service Victoria (WLSV) is a highly respected not for profit organisation that has been providing free legal services to women since 1982. We work with and for women experiencing particular disadvantage to address legal issues arising from relationship breakdown or violence.
Whittlesea Community Connections (WCC) is a place based multi service agency that strives for the empowerment of individuals and groups within the local community who face disadvantage, isolation and obstacles to effective social and economic participation. The agency is committed to developing responsive approaches to meet the challenges posed by Whittlesea's changing and emerging communities.
About the Role
Employed by Women’s Legal Service Victoria (WLSV), this role will work across WLSV and Whittlesea Community Connections (WCC) to establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks, coordinate and conduct monitoring, evaluation and other data analysis and provide information. In this role you will inform planning to address systemic issues in law and policy.
About You
You are a driven, motivated self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver results that exceed expectations. You have high attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people quickly.
Key to your success is your:
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis
- Ability to develop, review and implement data collection and analysis methods
- Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative data findings into clear, engaging, evidence based reports
- Good organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities
This is a part time 0.6 or 0.8FTE maximum-term position for a period of 2 years.
