About the role:
You will play a key role as part of a small team in developing the knowledge and capacity necessary to embed appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities around Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) programs, services and projects. You will lead evaluation capacity building across VLA, integrating evaluation practice into ongoing work and organisational culture.
You will also lead strategic evaluation projects, and provide targeted advice and ongoing support to VLA staff at all levels to develop and implement M&E processes and ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose, useful evaluations.
