Clear Horizon co-design and evaluate programs that create meaningful change. The ‘Culture and Place’ team, within Clear Horizon’s Social Justice business group, work on niche projects involving place-based approaches, collective impact and systems change initiatives, Indigenous evaluation, and collaborations to measure progress and the impact of social change initiatives. They are seeking a Senior Research Analyst / Consultant to join their growing, dynamic team.

Reporting to the Principal Consultant, the Senior Research Analyst / Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Research, evaluation and design
  • Supporting the development and implementation of bespoke monitoring, evaluation and learning solutions
  • Supporting capacity building with a strong focus on participatory approaches
  • Data collection and analysis (including conducting interviews and surveys)
  • Writing reports and supporting the development of proposals
  • Literature reviews
  • Client relationship support and management

Demonstrated technical experience in research analysis and data analytics is essential, as are excellent communication skills as well as the ability to travel to nationally when required. Experience working in evaluation teams, research institutions, government programs or policy development or NGO’s would be advantageous.
