Clear Horizon Consulting contribute to achieving sustainable development goals through country and sector level planning and performance oversight, program designs, MEL framework, plans and implementation, research reviews and evaluations and DMEL capacity building.
The International group are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to be responsible for supporting the delivery of a range of services to clients related to organisational and program design, monitoring and evaluation. A key part of the role will be to manage the relationship with clients in the South East Asian international development sector, particularly with DFAT, DFID. Experience working in this environment is essential, as is capability in impact evaluation, including but not limited to quasi-experimental approaches.
Flexibility to travel is essential, as are superior communication skills, the ability to work independently and in dynamic, challenging environments.
