The position
Australia enjoys some of the best health outcomes in the world and general practice is a key component in the Australian health system. This new role offers the opportunity to evaluate our Education Research Grants and Academic Posts programs which fall within the Australian General Practice Training program. Your evaluation outcomes and findings will provide data to support evidence-based decision-making, to identify future trends and to engender a culture of continuous improvement.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing input into the development of an evaluation framework
- Developing and assisting with the implementation and refinement of processes, instruments, metrics and technology to support the evaluation framework
- Undertaking data collection, including designing surveys
- Undertaking analysis and producing reports
