Clear Horizon International (CHI) is seeking a Principal Consultant who will support the CHI team to deliver a range of services to clients related to organisational and program design, monitoring and evaluation. The position also provides for contribution to Clear Horizon’s domestic clients. We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent and motivated individual. The individual should have competencies in program design, program-wide monitoring and evaluation, strategic advice, and up to date practical knowledge and experience in international development program theory, and strong writing skills. The individual should be experienced in quantitative and qualitative approaches, with strong analytical skills.
This is a full time role role, located in Melbourne, VIC (Preferred) with international and Australian domestic travel.
