Our client has considerable experience delivering high-quality consulting services to health clients. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, they have the extensive knowledge and resources to help providers meet the challenges of the modern health environment. Offerings include activity-based costing and funding, program evaluation, technology assessment, organisational development, workplace planning and program review.
Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for leading the design of program review and evaluation projects. You will oversee research and investigative work that identifies, analyses, and summarises information into situation analysis papers. You will also conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection in relation to program review, monitoring and evaluation projects, as well as preparing reports that present the evidence and findings.
As such, you will have outstanding communication skills, experience in logic models, evaluation theory / frameworks, and with the ability to prepare and deliver the highest standard program reviews and evaluation reports in a way that inspires client confidence.
You are a team player, adaptable and creative, with the ability to lead, mentor and coach others. Tertiary qualified, preferably with Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. program evaluation, economics, health services administration, public health). Minimum five years’ experience (health sector preferred), plus at least two years’ experience in managing and delivering program evaluation and / or review projects.
