About the role:
The ECB project aims to strengthen evaluative practice in three streams: school leadership, teaching and corporate decision-making. The project involves development and delivery of face-to-face training, eLearning, coaching and other support for evaluative practice.
The Principal Project Officer is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Evaluation Capacity Building (ECB) project with a particular focus on professional learning and resources for teachers.
The Principal Project Officer represents the project to external and internal stakeholders, manages various aspects of the ECB team and its workflow, leads the development of learning content and delivers professional learning to key audiences across the Department.
