Monitoring and Evaluation Consultancy: RPAS Vaccine and Health Supply Delivery in Vanuatu
UNICEF Australia is seeking an experienced M&E Consultant for an innovative pilot project. The successful applicant should have experience in undertaking evaluations, publication of reports, familiarity with Remote Piloted Aerial Services (RPAS) technology, and experience working in the Pacific region. The consultancy is for a total of 54 days from April to October 2018.
The purpose of the consultancy is to contribute to the evidence and data on feasibility and value for money of use of RPAS for development, particularly health outcomes in the Pacific, and contribute to effective decision-making by the Vanuatu Ministry of Health on future exploration and use. Data generated will serve as an independent reference point and benchmark for future RPAS globally.
