Empowered Communities

The Data Director is a new Empowered Communities role. You will be responsible for the implementation of a monitoring, evaluation and adaptive learning framework for in the eight Empowered Communities regions. A key aspect of the role will be to ensure that all regions have baseline data that supports evidence based decision making and are able to develop regional targets and measures to close the gap on Indigenous disparity.
The Data Director is expected to work in a collaborative way demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills. The Data Director will apply strategic thinking to complex challenges using excellent problem solving and analytical skills, have an understanding of socioeconomic evaluation and be able to engage a range of stakeholders that includes regional Indigenous leaders and government partners.
