Tenants Victoria is one of Victoria’s leading specialist community legal centres. Promoting and protecting the rights of Victorian tenants we are respected and influential advocates for social change, working to improve conditions for all tenants.
Tenants Victoria believe that safe, secure, affordable and appropriate housing is a fundamental human right. Through our advice line, legal casework, law reform work, training and publications activities, Tenants Victoria supports individual tenants and community organisations, and campaigns to effect legislative, policy and procedural change. With a new CEO and the new Residential Tenancies Act due to be implemented from 1 July 2020, it is an exciting time to join and help shape the future of Tenants Victoria as we support Victorian renters.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
With a strong background in evaluation and outcomes measurement and an engaging approach, you have experience analysing and discussing data to support program development. A passion for social justice, you will support the organisation to evaluate both the immediate impacts they achieve through service delivery, and assess how those impacts contribute to sustainable systems-level social change. You will be collaborating to create practices and frameworks that will shape the way in which we deliver service for many years to come.
The newly established role of Impact & Evaluation Coordinator will build and support the implementation of the Outcomes Measurement Framework and focus on driving continuous improvement and ongoing development of our service portfolio.
